Are your calibration procedures compliant with industry standards?

Answer: Absolutely, our calibration processes comply with ISO and other relevant standards to guarantee the highest level of precision and quality.

Can you handle calibration for specialized equipment?

Answer: Yes, we cater to a wide range of specialized equipment across various industries, with the capability to service all major brands and models.

How long does the calibration process take?

The short answer: Expedited service can be as quick as 5 business days within our facility. Standard service typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days.

The full answer: Items usually arrive at our facility within 2 to 5 days after the initial shipment is processed. Once received, they are typically assigned a work order within 24 hours, with the work completed over the next 5 to 10 business days. The return shipment to you takes an additional 2 to 5 days.

For services outsourced to OEMs or specialized vendors, we cannot guarantee specific timelines, but we will communicate updates as they become available.

Depending on your location and selected service options, the total process could span from 2 to 4 weeks.

Please note: We do offer expedited services and premium shipping for a faster turnaround.

Do you provide on-site calibration services?

Answer: Yes, we offer on-site calibration for clients who require in-house service due to large equipment or for convenience.
