If your equipment is found to be out of tolerance during testing:
- We immediately contact you before making any adjustments (optional)
- We provide detailed "as found" readings showing the deviation
- If adjustments are possible, we perform them and retest the equipment
- All adjustment details are documented in the calibration report
If equipment cannot be brought into specification:
- We notify you immediately and discuss options
- Equipment is labeled as "Failed Calibration"
- Complete documentation of the failure is provided
